How does a design process work?

1. First Consultation

We start with an online meeting where we discuss your ideas, goals and expectations for the project. I also ask some brand discovery questions to better understand the brand's values, target group and visual style.

2. Preparation of an offer

Based on the consultation, I will prepare a detailed offer that includes planning steps, deadlines, prices, and important information. The offer is valid for two weeks, so you have time to review it and make a decision, or perhaps ask additional questions.

3. Acceptance of Offer and Payment

After accepting the offer, I will send the invoice for the total amount of the project, which must be settled in one sum. Invoicing is also possible for companies, which are tax-exempt. As soon as the payment is received, I will start planning.

4. Sending Moodboards

I create two moodboards representing different visual directions based on what we discussed. You go through them and give feedback on what you like and what you don't. If necessary, new mood boards can be created based on your feedback.

5. Development of Two Design Directions

Based on the selected moodboards, I will prepare two different design directions so that you have the opportunity to choose which one best suits your ideas. After you have chosen your favorite direction, we will discuss the details - what you like about it and what you might change. Taking these feedbacks into account, I move forward with the design. The consultation is also possible by email or in an online meeting, depending on what is more convenient for you.

6. Amendment Rounds

Each package includes two free modification rounds, during which I will completely customize the design according to your wishes. If additional changes are needed beyond these two circles, these will be extra and I will include them in the quote. If you want completely new designs at this point, the fee is 50% of the design price. It's important that if something doesn't meet your expectations, let me know as soon as possible - remember, my goal is to make all my customers 100% satisfied, so feel free to share if you don't like something.

7. Complete transfer

At the end of the project, I will give you the finished design in several formats and versions (e.g. vector, black and white, color) to satisfy all your needs. During the handover, I will make sure that you know exactly how to use the different files on the different interfaces, and I will be happy to help if you have any questions. I store the project files securely for all clients, so they are always available in the future if you need additional formats or if updates are made. My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with the end result and for it to benefit you in the long run.
